INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL UNDER THE MOON
The Bajo la Luna International Film Festival - Islantilla Cinefórum is the wink that this destination makes to film lovers, inviting them to enjoy the most avant-garde audiovisual proposals in the best of settings: THE BEACH. An appointment with the best feature films and short films produced around the world, screened outdoors during the months of July and August, when the heat invites you to enjoy the night and the projections under the light of the Moon. All this seasoned with round tables, exhibitions and special sessions, among other cultural activities.
This is an initiative promoted by the Mancomunidad de Islantilla in collaboration with various public and private entities (City Councils of Lepe and Isla Cristina, business community of Islantilla, International University of Andalusia, University of Huelva, etc.).

Hall of Fame
The Walk of Fame is a tribute to all the filmmakers who have received over the years the highest recognition granted by the Islantilla Film Festival.
Since its inception in 2008, the International Film Festival under the Moon annually awards two Honorary Awards, which recognize the work of outstanding figures in cinema. Through the "Luis Ciges Award" and the "Francisco Elías Award", the Festival has paid tribute to different stars of our cinematography.
Prior to the Film Festival under the Moon, there were other festivals in Islantilla such as the Unpublished Film Festival and the Film and Television Festival, where both presented their Honorary Awards under the name "Chameleon of Honor"
